EcoClub 360 in collaboration with Climate & Development Knowledge Network (CDKN) Ghana empowered over 130 participants with exciting and insightful lessons on critical climate topics at Ghanata Senior High School at Dodowa in the Shai-Osudoku District on 16th July, 2025.

On Thursday, 27th February 2025, EcoClub 360 in collaboration with Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana) and Embassy of Denmark in Ghana organized a workshop on the theme “Strengthening Climate Reporting for Media Professionals and Climate Enthusiasts” at Dodowa in the Shai-Osudoku District of the Greater Accra Region.

Mr. George Opare Asare, a Climate Change Expert, has asked political leaders to prioritise climate-smart agriculture, including subsidising solar irrigation and promoting drought-resistant crops to improve food security.

Dodowa (G/A), Nov. 8, GNA – EcoClub 360, a non-government organisation (NGO) with a focus on environmental issues, with relevant stakeholders have embarked on a climate procession at Dodowa in the Shai-Osudoku District of the Greater Accra Region.

EcoClub 360, in partnership with Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana) and the Embassy of Denmark in Ghana, has engaged key stakeholders across sectors in the Shai-Osudoku District of Greater Accra Region in a dialogue, ensuring inclusive, collective and bottom-up climate action approach to the initiative

Today, Green Ghana Day, our spotlight is on Adjokatse Prince Lawerh. He is a second year student of Ghanata Senior High School and a member of EcoClub 360 club

On June 7, 2024 EcoClub 360 club members and staff of Ghanata Senior High School engaged in tree planting activity on campus, with support from Forestry Commission, to observe Green Ghana Day.

The excursion provided the Club members an exciting practical experience and insight into plastic issues to augment the knowledge they have acquired over the period for sustainable environmental action and informed decision making as future policy makers.

Heeding to the global call of promoting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 13 with a focus to take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts on the environment, the students of the Ghanata Senior High School have been empowered at the launch of the EcoClub 360 to find long-lasting solutions to the current global climate crisis by acting locally to effect a positive change.
